Getting a workshop approved internally rarely comes down to enthusiasm. It comes down to details you can account for. We settle these four in advance.
Materials arrive pre-portioned and we bring every tool. No open flame, no power tools, no dust — an ordinary meeting room is enough, and we return it as we found it.
Every format has a clear run sheet and timing. Beginners finish comfortably because the facilitator holds the pace, leaving your colleagues free to focus on the work and on each other.
Per-person fees, facilitation charges and optional add-ons are quoted separately, ready to drop into an internal approval document. Nothing appears after the quote.
Each workshop ends with a defined takeaway: a finished personal piece, or one collective work your organisation can display for years.

Flagship · CollaborativeEveryone paints their own tile, and the tiles combine into one large work carrying a company theme or an annual message. Each individual contribution stays legible on its own, while the full picture only appears once every person has finished.
ESG · Living plantsParticipants build their own terrarium from living moss and plants, or combine their work into a single office green wall. Materials are chosen for sustainability, and the result extends naturally into ESG and staff wellbeing narratives.
Participants learn how a scent is structured through top, heart and base notes, then compose a personal blend and name it. There is no open flame and no tool noise at any point, which makes it viable where space is tight but the experience still needs to feel considered.
The individual format produces a coaster or a small lampshade; the collaborative format has each person complete one section of a permanent mural. Every piece arrives pre-cut and edge-smoothed, so a longer making session stays safe and focused throughout.
Using only hammers, steel stamps and a mallet, participants cold-form a metal cuff or engraved tag. Names, joining dates or company anniversaries can be struck into the surface, and the finished object reads closer to jewellery than to a craft souvenir.
This keeps the restorative rhythm and plush texture of tufting, but works with a hand tool — no frames and no powered equipment. Participants make an individual coaster, or one panel each towards a single team tapestry.

We reply within two working days with suitable formats, a run sheet and an itemised fee breakdown.
Facilitators and materials arrive on time. Setup, delivery and clear-down are ours. You provide the time and the space.
Colleagues take home their own piece, or the team completes one work made to stay on display. Photography and written coverage are available as add-ons.
