ABOUT ZONE-IN
Turn a gathering intoshared experience worth revisiting.
Zone-in is Zoneout's on-site craft brand for organisations. We believe a good team session has to serve three things at once: the experience of taking part, arrangements you can account for, and what remains once everyone goes back to work.
A Zoneout brand

Why we started
Zoneout has run studio-based craft experiences for years, and the request we heard most often was simple: could you come to our office instead? The person organising it is rarely dealing only with the activity — there are venue restrictions, approval documents, participants of differing abilities, and the question of how to show the session was worth it.
Zone-in exists to answer those questions. We break a workshop down into conditions that can be confirmed in advance — timing, headcount, venue requirements, fee structure and final outcome — so the person putting it forward has enough to propose a plan rather than an idea.
Materials arrive pre-portioned, we bring every tool, and we avoid open flame and power tools so sessions run safely in an ordinary meeting room. Facilitators hold the structure and the pace, so participants of very different experience levels all finish within the same window.
THE ZONE-IN STANDARD
How we work
Conditions before themes
Headcount, timing, venue and budget decide which workshops are genuinely viable. We start there, not with the most photogenic option.
Inclusion by default, not by add-on
Run sheets account for wheelchair users, one-handed work and mixed abilities. Where a session needs particular arrangements, we write them into the proposal.
Leave something visible
A personal piece should be worth using day to day; a collective work should have somewhere to live long term. The value shouldn't disappear when the tables are cleared.
One clear quote
Per-person fees, facilitation charges and optional extras are itemised separately. Nothing new appears after confirmation.
