Privacy Policy

Enquiry details: when you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email, phone number, organisation name and organisation type you provide, together with whatever you tell us about your date, headcount, venue, budget and requirements.

Usage data: we record the pages viewed on this site, the language version, the referring site, an approximate region, a device category and a randomly generated session identifier, in order to understand how the site is used.

We do not collect payment details through this website. Those arrangements are handled separately at the quotation and confirmation stage.

To respond to your enquiry, and to provide recommendations, quotations and follow-up about workshop arrangements.

To plan and deliver a confirmed session, including accommodating venue constraints, inclusion arrangements or particular needs.

To improve the content and structure of this website — for example, understanding which workshop pages are most read.

To meet our obligations where the law requires it.

We will not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree to it.

We use one necessary cookie to remember the language version you chose, so that you see the same language on your next visit.

Our own analytics are first-party: the data is stored in our own database. The session identifier is randomly generated and held in your browser's session storage, expiring when you close the tab.

We also use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-CQ1RXFFN25) to understand how visitors find and use this site. It is provided by Google, sets cookies in your browser, and sends your page history, approximate location at city level, and device and browser details to Google for processing. This is third-party analytics, governed by Google's privacy policy, and depending on the settings of the Google account involved that data may be used for advertising purposes. We do not send names, email addresses or enquiry contents to Google Analytics.

If you would rather not be recorded by Google Analytics, you can install Google's browser opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or block its cookies in your browser. Everything on this site continues to work if you do.

Data is stored in a database provided by Supabase, on servers located in Singapore; the website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process data under their own security measures.

Enquiry records are generally kept for no longer than 24 months, so that we can handle follow-ups and repeat enquiries. Website usage data is generally retained in aggregate form for no longer than 24 months.

We do not sell your personal data.

We disclose data to third parties only where it is necessary to deliver a confirmed session (for example, telling a facilitator about a participant's particular needs), where our service providers must process it to provide their technical services, or where the law requires it.

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and to ask us to delete data we no longer need.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its revision date.
