Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These terms apply to the on-site team craft workshop services provided by Zone-in, a brand of Zoneout, and to the use of this website. By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. Scope of services

Zone-in provides on-site craft workshops for corporate teams, non-profit organisations, schools and other organisations, including facilitation, materials, tools, and setup and clear-down at your venue.

The durations, group sizes and fees shown on this website are indicative. The arrangements that apply are those set out in the quotation or service confirmation agreed in writing by both parties.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a booking or a contract. We will contact you after receiving your enquiry and provide a quotation based on your actual date, headcount, venue and content.

The validity period of a quotation and what it includes are stated in the quotation itself. Unless otherwise specified, quotations exclude venue hire, additional travel surcharges and custom design fees.

3. Confirmation and payment

A session is confirmed once we have received written confirmation and, where applicable, a deposit.

Payment methods, deposit proportion and the balance due date are set out in the quotation. Late payment may result in the session being postponed or cancelled.

4. Changes and cancellation

Please notify us as early as possible if a date, headcount or workshop format needs to change. We will accommodate where we can, though some materials cannot be returned or adjusted once ordered or portioned.

Cancellation arrangements and any associated charges are governed by the terms in the quotation. Where a session cannot proceed because of severe weather — for example Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning — both parties may agree to reschedule.

5. Venue and safety

The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue, including tables, chairs, access and — where the workshop requires it — a water supply or power. Venue requirements are stated on each workshop page.

The client must ensure the venue complies with the safety and usage rules of its premises, and obtain building management consent where needed.

Participants must follow the facilitator's safety instructions. Please tell us before the session if any participant has allergies, mobility requirements or other particular needs, so that arrangements can be made.

6. Outputs and intellectual property

Pieces made by participants during a workshop belong to those participants or to their organisation.

The text, images, design and workshop materials on this website belong to Zone-in or its licensors, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.

Where photographs taken during a session would be used in our own promotion, we will seek your consent beforehand, and you may ask us to stop using them at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable professional skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in respect of any session is limited to the fees paid for that session.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded at law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes arising from them are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

9. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its revision date. Confirmed sessions are governed by the version in force on the date of confirmation.
